Altenew Craft-A-Flower: California Giants Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Today Altenew is releasing this amazing Craft a Flower California Giants die set. I can’t tell you how much I love to use layering dies to create some amazing flowers. It makes it just so easy to add shadows and make it look so realistic. I also used the the new Mixed Media Inks to create my background. I had so much fun creating this card. Have you ever tried the new Mixed Media Inks? For me its also the first time using them and I can tell you they are AMAZING. I used 4 different shades of blue to create my background. I just smooshed the ink pad over my panel starting with the lightest one at the top and finishing it with the darkest blue. They create like a very nice texture on your paper. For my flower and leaves I used Altenew Cardstock and to make the flower pop I used yellow cardstock. For my sentiment I used the Hello die which is included in this set. You get the word die and the shadow.
And that’s it friends, it is soo easy to create a card with the Craft A Flower Sets.
