Coffee Lovers Blog Hop
Hello my crafty friends and welcome to the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. I’m not really a coffee lover and I can tell you that I have never try coffee before. I love to drink tea and it does not matter if in the summer or winter I can drink it anytime.
Even if it does not look like it on the picture, but the cup does have the same size as an A2 card. And thats the wonderful thing about digital stamps. For this Cup Card I used the set „Coffee Mood„. I just wanted this great cup as there can be coffee or tea inside right?
I changed the size of the cup and added a sentiment right in the middle and I printed it twice on watercolor paper, as I wanted to create a big Cup that you can just open and use it as a card.
To color the cup I used Karin Markers. I love the bright colors and it is so easy to use them and create some nice shadows.
I used a piece of white cardstock and cut out a stripe which was 1 inch whide and fold it just in half. I glued that piece on the left side of the cup and then glued the other cup piece just behind it, that way I could open it like a card and write something down for a coffee lover friend.
To finish my card I used some Clear Shimmer Spray and some white watercolor splatters to give it a bit of shine and dimension.
And thats it, its a very simple and fun card you can absolutely send to some that loves coffee as much as I love tea.
