Now let´s jump over to the two cards I made for this amazing Blog Hop, and don’t forget its my first blog post so I hope you like it.

For both cards I used the Summer Gnome Stamp Set and the Summer Gnome Add on from

Kat Scrappiness.

I also used the following WOW Embossing powders: Primary Lagoon, Primary BluetifulAngel Eye and of course some Opaque Bright White powder.

Let’s get started with the first card.

For this card I started by die cutting all the wave pieces. Right after I used the WOW! Embossing Ink Pad and pushed it all over the waves. I sprinkled the embossing powders over it and heat embossed it with my WOW Embossing Heat Tool

Moving on, I used a white card panel and ink blended the sun rays using The Ray of Light stencil from MFT. Once I had all the parts for the background I used M3 Foam Tape on the first wave and pasted it on the bottom of the white card panel. I layered the other waves and used some Gina K Connect Glue to stick them on the card panel.

After the background was done I started by stamping the Gnome and the Surfboard from the Summer Gnome Stamp Set on a piece of white Cardstock. I did the coloring using my Style File Markers. Instead of fuzzy cut the images I used my Brother Scan N Cut machine, that makes it so much easier to get a clean and perfect cut. I glued the Gnome on the surfboard with some Gina K Connect Glue and stick it on the first wave. To finish the card I die cut a Speech Bubble with the „Speech Bubble Dies“ from Waffle Flowers and heat embossed the sentiment with WOW Embossing Opaque Bright White powder. Thats it for the first card, lets move on to the second one…

For this bright pink card I started by cutting down a piece of white card stock in 5 1/2 inches by 4 1/4 inches. Before stamping all the mussels from the Summer Gnome Add On,  I used my Anti Static Tool so that I just got the embossing powder on the stamped spaces. So after I had stamped all the different mussel with my WOW embossing Ink, I sprinkled some WOW Opaque Bright White powder over it and heat embossed it with my WOW Embossing heat tool.

After that I ink blended the card panel with two different Inks from The Stamp Market. I started by using the lightes color Fresh Pink and then with the darkest one Party Pink. Once I had that done I heat embossed the sentiment with WOW Embossing Opaque Bright White on a piece of vellum and wrapped it over the card panel.

Last but not least I stamped the Lady Gnome from the Summer Gnome Stamp Set on white Cardstock and colored it with my Style File Marker. For cutting the stamped image I used my Scan N Cut, as I told you before I like to have a clean and perfect cut.

And that’s all my crafty friends , hope you liked the cards I made for this great Blog Hop.

Don’t forget to leave a comment in the COMMENT SECTION below for a chance to win a $25.00 gift card.  Good luck and have fun hopping along with us for more inspiration projects as well as more chances to win.

The winners will be announced the week of the 5th September 2020  on both the WOW! Embossing Powder and Kat Scrappiness Blog.
